The Coral Shores High School Athletic Department is proud to provide exceptional sports programming to high school students throughout the three seasons of fall, spring, and winter including: football, cross country/track and field, swimming, volleyball, baseball/softball, lacrosse, tennis, weightlifting, wrestling, soccer, and basketball. Like their mascot, hurricanes, the Coral Shores Hurricanes are unstoppable and relentless in their pursuit to provide sports programming that challenges students.
Coral Shores High School Athletics faces potential funding deficits, budget cuts, and the elimination of exceptional sports programming without the financial stability provided from the Upper Keys Foundation and its serve to play fundraising initiative with circular giving.
The administrative leaders of the Coral Shores High School academics see the value in enhancing and expanding the athletic programming provided to all students; studies show that students are more engaged in their educational journey, gain positive life skills, and benefit from better educational outcomes (National Federation of State High School Associations). Everybody wins through the serve to play model when students participate in athletic programming sustained by the Upper Keys Foundation because the students garner healthier attitudes and behaviors while developing into better global citizens at the same time that the community benefits from their thousands of hours of service.
